Short-Term Running Goals:
I've gotten the running bug back and hope I can continue to enjoy it. I think for now, my short-term goal is to NOT burn myself out. I am pro at doing that. I have a half and full marathon that I am planning on racing in a few months. I hope to be trained well enough to PR in both, but if not...I will enjoy the ride.
Long-Term Running Goals:
Under 1:30 half
3:15 marathon
Personal:
Married with children. 17,16,14,11 and 7. 3 boys, 2 girls. I have the best husband in the world!
Treadmill. Warmed up 10 min. 4-6mph. 10-20 min. 6.1-7mph up .1 each minute. 20-30 up .2 every 2 minutes. 30-40 min. down .1 each minute. Cooled down for 3 minutes. Felt good other than crummy tummy.
Treadmill. 1 warm up, 2-6.1, 2-6.2, 3-6.4, 4-6.5 & 7, 6-6.0...all 6 in 58 1/2 min. Felt great...listened to music and it definitely helped make it more fun:)
