10k PR-46:20 (Obviously not a great short distance runner:)
Short-Term Running Goals: I've gotten the running bug back and hope I can continue to enjoy it. I think for now, my short-term goal is to NOT burn myself out. I am pro at doing that. I have a half and full marathon that I am planning on racing in a few months. I hope to be trained well enough to PR in both, but if not...I will enjoy the ride. Long-Term Running Goals: Under 1:30 half

| Lovely experience. Was supposed to run 12, but wore a new running skirt and my inner thighs started to chaff really bad. It got to the point at mile 6 that I really knew I was done. Julie finished the run and came back and picked me up. |

| Ran part of the way to work. Made sure to wear some good compression shorts because we went to Lagoon yesterday and the already chaffed inner thighs got even worse after Rattlesnake Rapids and then walking around. They are really bad...worst chaffing I've ever had:( Anyway, decent run...AP 8:51 |
