Ran with Julie and Angela today. Wanted to have a nice easy recovery paced run but of course we end up running a little faster than planned. It felt like a comfortable speed though and I feel good now so maybe my slow days should be a little faster than I think. We talked the whole time very easily so who knows. Hopefully it was slow enough and I have enough juice for Saturday. Taking tomorrow off totally and I am going to stretch and ice today and tomorrow. I think my back pain is due to really tight hip flexors so a little stretching will probably do some good. Overall pace-8:38

YOGA!!!

That is awesome that and 8 and a half minute mile is easy for you! Doesn't that feel great???

Good run Michelle. I like the feeling of heading out for an "easy" run and bring a time in faster than I thought. Easy used to be 12 min miles, now 8.5 or so is easy.

Glad you were able to get the picture uploaded!

Did you make St G?

From Michelle N. on Aug 21, 2008 at 18:02:11

I did. Well kind of. Last year I got in and didn't run (lack of time) so I was automatic for this year. Thanks again for your help with compressing. I tried a zip file yesterday and it just wasn't working.

Kelli-That was at the finish line of SL Marathon this spring. It was the most recent picture I had. I am always such a goof for the camera. I had a few closer up but I looked like s*!#
