4 out from work down to JRP and south and back. Started really sluggish...legs were tight and heavy, felt better around mile 3 and got into a rhythm. My miles were meant to be comfortable today. 9:26, 9:29, 9:21,9:10, 9:00,8:40, 8:51,8:56 - AP 9:07
I needed this slower paced day. I've been trying to prove to myself that I can run fast and keep forgetting that recovery is soooo important and that I am just base building right now. |
