Crazy hill Tuesday with the BB's. It actually wasn't too bad today. Probably cuz I missed one of the hills and ran a flat mile after a quick potty stop. A lot of people came today. I felt really good today considering I ran 20 miles two days ago and didn't rest yesterday. It was quite cold and I'm not ready for winter. I feel like we just got out of winter, dangit! Average pace 8:34. I would've liked to go another 1 1/2 but had to get home to get kids off to school. Oh well.

Don't we all wish for another mile and a half...especially if they are hills!

Great run, I was actually looking for a potti place myself there. I think the BB should stand for Beautiful Babes, except for the occasional guy in there ie me. So Lets keep the original name. It was definitely cold out this morning. Keep on truckin!

Ah, I thought the weather was perfect today! No colder, though!

You do need to take a little break! You have got to be beat.
