Did a workout with the cadets. Sit-ups 2 minutes, 1 minute, 45 seconds, 30 seconds, 15 seconds. Around 150 in that time. 300 meter sprint, right into 50 push-ups as fast as you can, right into 1 1/2 mile. I beat all but 5 of the male cadets. Ran back to run the last few girls in so I got about another mile there. We weren't timed, but I felt like I was moving pretty quick.
Came back and Julie's class was doing their final Physical Test so I ran their 1 1/2 with them. 11:54 was that time. Phew, I'm wiped out! |
