I've gotten the running bug back and hope I can continue to enjoy it. I think for now, my short-term goal is to NOT burn myself out. I am pro at doing that. I have a half and full marathon that I am planning on racing in a few months. I hope to be trained well enough to PR in both, but if not...I will enjoy the ride.

Under 1:30 half

3:15 marathon

I didn't sleep the greatest last night but suprisingly I felt really good on the run. Met BBK's in SJ. Warmed up for 2 1/2 miles. Ran a quick mile followed by relays. Tough workout but I really liked this one. I am always motivated with a little competition. I was above AT several times. I needed a day like today.  I wanted to run 2 more when I got home but I think I'll run the 12+ on Thursday instead.

Nice job! You were awesome today. I agree, a little competition goes a long way!

I think I will just sleep in Thursday and not run at all, how is that for ya?? You guys really are nuts!

I do not thrive on competition so much (only when I run with people I know I can beat)! I just like scaring people with my heavy breathing.

Whatever Kelli-You rock and you know it! You'll come at 5:00 on Thursday, I know it. Have fun at the SS office.

Great job today Michelle. I wish I was a little more competitive like you. That was fun.

Good work, as usual.

Julie, you are the brains of our duo. I am a little dumb about what I do sometimes and pay for it later. You always think things through. You know, that is pretty much why I was such a lovely teenager, didn't think about the consequences of my actions:)

Thanks Paul, as usual:)
