I was supposed to get up to go run with the BBK's but when I got up, my foot was still hurting and I don't want to push it and make it worse. I'm doing a cycling class tomorrow so hopefully I'll be okay for Saturday.
Taught my class this morning and it was a good workout. 1 hour of weights and plyometrics and 15 minute core class after. The whole class complained about how sore they were from the core work last week. That's always good to hear. |
