Julie and I got to help "beautify" the SLCC Campus this morning by planting lots of flower so I didn't get to run until 10:30 and by then it was too darn hot. Especially since I had been outside for 3 hours already. Soooo, I opted for the TM in the AC. Warmed up for 20 minutes, did 10 minutes of 1 min. on/1 off 6:58/10:00 pace. 25 more minutes of 6.7 and that's it!
My right inner ankle tendon is feeling "off". It makes me nervous because that is where I got injured before Boston and my big slump started. I'm thinking I need to slow down a bit and just run very comfortable. |
