Started at 5:45 or a little later after my parking lot warm-up and potty break in Walgreens. Headed up Wasatch from Albertson's in Draper. Improved on the uphills a ton today. I didn't have to walk at all up the steep monster. We planned on running our first 15 a little slower and picking it up for the last 5 but we ended up going faster the whole time. Our overall pace was 8:20 with all those monsterous hills. I am happy with that. We actually ran our last mile in 7:45 so we had a little kick left in us. All in all a great run and I am feeling great but ready to take it a little easy this week in prep. for Hobble Creek. I think I will cut my mileage back a little this week and not work on much speed. Thanks Julie and Angela for a great run!

I am so thrilled at how our run went today. You did great on those up hills. I know we could have gone another 6 miles if we had to. How was your ice bath? Thanks for going. It was fun.

GREAT JOB!!! Once again, AMAZING! That is an awesome pace, and especially with hills and mileage added in!

Will y'all wait for me at the St George finish line?? It will only be about 30 minutes later. I could have a great cheering section.
