Went to the gym again and did an hour long NO LIMITS CARDIO class. I didn't love it. My favorite instructor just started teaching it so I thought I'd give it a try. It was a lot of interval work and I already did that yesterday so it kicked my butt again. I felt a little bit like it was old school aerobics. I think I'm gonna start cycling on Fridays for the next couple of months. For my own purpose I'm going to put down my weekly plan.
Mon-Running/weights Tues-Running Wed-Step/weights Thurs-Running/teach class Fri-Cycle/weights Saturday-longer run Sunday-Yoga?
Also worked tris a little.
