Short-Term Running Goals:

I've gotten the running bug back and hope I can continue to enjoy it. I think for now, my short-term goal is to NOT burn myself out. I am pro at doing that. I have a half and full marathon that I am planning on racing in a few months. I hope to be trained well enough to PR in both, but if not...I will enjoy the ride.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Under 1:30 half

3:15 marathon

Went to the gym and did lower body weights and abs followed by 1 hour on the stairclimber.

I need to finish reading Breaking Dawn so I can move on with my life! I started Twilight last Saturday and am almost done with Breaking Dawn. My husband is irritated that I have been reading so much but I kind of feel like a teenage girl reading these dang books! They are sooo good. Anyway, my point in writing this down is to put the reason for not running today. I can read much better when I am on the stairclimber:) Like I said, almost done.

BTW, I ended up sick again on Thanksgiving. It stunk! So, that is why my last week was crappy on the running end of things. Although, I got lots of reading in:)

Good books, huh? The last one was a page turner.

I agree that those books are pretty addictive. Remind Jared that there are only four, so once you're done with this one, you're done! Missed you at group.
