Went to the gym and did shoulders and biceps. My lower back muscles are sore from the race so I thought I'd hold off on abs until Wednesday.

I felt really good and wanted to keep going but my 2 hours was up dangit. I have been helping my neighbor with weight lifting and it takes more time, so I'm left with less time to run.
PM- 35 minutes Dance, Dance Revoulution. We played on two pads and I played until I got beat by my daughter. I turned my ankle about 15 minutes into it but kept it going. |
