Ran Boston in April 2009 and had an absolute blast.

Half Marathon PR 1:35.

10k PR-46:20 (Obviously not a great short distance runner:)

 

Short-Term Running Goals:

I've gotten the running bug back and hope I can continue to enjoy it. I think for now, my short-term goal is to NOT burn myself out. I am pro at doing that. I have a half and full marathon that I am planning on racing in a few months. I hope to be trained well enough to PR in both, but if not...I will enjoy the ride.

Under 1:30 half

3:15 marathon

Went to the gym and did the stairclimber for 60 minutes. I finally felt decent today. I will try and run tomorrow morning and see how I feel.

Glad you are doing better. You should the stairclimber next to Julie's Jerry sometime, if you haven't. (He is the stairclimber king!)

We've missed you at the group. Hope you're all better and are able to run with us again soon. 60 minutes on the stairclimber? I do 20 and feel totally wiped out. Good job!
