Ran Boston in April 2009 and had an absolute blast.
Half Marathon PR 1:35.
10k PR-46:20 (Obviously not a great short distance runner:)
Short-Term Running Goals:
I've gotten the running bug back and hope I can continue to enjoy it. I think for now, my short-term goal is to NOT burn myself out. I am pro at doing that. I have a half and full marathon that I am planning on racing in a few months. I hope to be trained well enough to PR in both, but if not...I will enjoy the ride.
Long-Term Running Goals:
Under 1:30 half
3:15 marathon
Personal:
Married with children. 17,16,14,11 and 7. 3 boys, 2 girls. I have the best husband in the world!
Woke up early to run before work. Same route as yesterday but harder even though there wasn't any wind...amazing how out of shape I am:/
Got home and did 20 pull-ups, 30 push-ups, 100 crunches. Tired but happy I went.
Night Sleep Time: 0.00
Nap Time: 0.00
Total Sleep Time: 0.00

No, nothing planned, how about you? I just want to learn to love running again and not feel like it is an obligation and by not being forced to train for something, hopefully that will happen.

I'm in for St. George.
That's the carrot that i need to be dedicated and actually run.

20 pullups? Impressive! Once you find the love of running again, let me know how to get there.

Let me tell you though Andy, they were assisted pull-ups with the back of a chair. I couldn't pull my fat butt up once:)
And if I figure out how to love running again, I will let you know. I have been reading back through my blogs and am kind of excited to get back at it. This whole blogging thing is good.
