Down 9800 to trail and out to 3.25 and back. First 3.25 miles were just under 9. Last 3.25 averaged around 8:20. I had one right around 8:00. Felt really good and felt good to get the legs moving a little faster. AP 8:40 PM - Did some full body work. Started with isometrics lower and did every other upper. Worked up to doing some plymotrics. Ended with abs and 15 minutes of good rolling and stretching. |
