For some reason, I had such a hard time getting up this morning. I was way tired at 6:30 when my alarm went off...I even went to bad at 10:30, oh well. Left at 7:00 instead and was seriously dragging, but got into a rhythm and felt okay. Did the same Bluffdale loop. Looking forward to adding some mileage next week so I can run a little different route. Lost that extra 1/2 hour though so I didn't have time for any weights after. I will try this lovely evening. |
