Ran Boston in April 2009 and had an absolute blast.
Half Marathon PR 1:35.
10k PR-46:20 (Obviously not a great short distance runner:)
Short-Term Running Goals:
I've gotten the running bug back and hope I can continue to enjoy it. I think for now, my short-term goal is to NOT burn myself out. I am pro at doing that. I have a half and full marathon that I am planning on racing in a few months. I hope to be trained well enough to PR in both, but if not...I will enjoy the ride.
Long-Term Running Goals:
Under 1:30 half
3:15 marathon
Personal:
Married with children. 17,16,14,11 and 7. 3 boys, 2 girls. I have the best husband in the world!
Met Julie at her house and ran out to Bluffdale and back along 3600 W. to 11800 and back to her house. Comfortable pace and felt good. AP 8:58
Saucony Triumph 10 Miles: 12.15
