Ran Boston in April 2009 and had an absolute blast.
Half Marathon PR 1:35.
10k PR-46:20 (Obviously not a great short distance runner:)
Short-Term Running Goals:
I've gotten the running bug back and hope I can continue to enjoy it. I think for now, my short-term goal is to NOT burn myself out. I am pro at doing that. I have a half and full marathon that I am planning on racing in a few months. I hope to be trained well enough to PR in both, but if not...I will enjoy the ride.
Long-Term Running Goals:
Under 1:30 half
3:15 marathon
Personal:
Married with children. 17,16,14,11 and 7. 3 boys, 2 girls. I have the best husband in the world!
Sorry I missed you guys this morning. This is a bad week to miss because the weather has been so great for October. I believe Peggy has something Halloween planned for Thursday so I won't miss that one. Where are you doing your classes? I need to mix in some cross training this coming winter.
Sounds like you are doing great and running fast. See you Thursday.
I go to Lifetime Fitness down by the West Riverfront Park. I LOVE it there. They have lots of great classes and an all around great facility. See ya on Thursday!
Michelle, sounds like quite a step up from the crappy Lifestyles 2000 that we used to go to. I have heard a lot of great things about Lifetime Fitness.
