Ran Boston in April 2009 and had an absolute blast.
Half Marathon PR 1:35.
10k PR-46:20 (Obviously not a great short distance runner:)
Short-Term Running Goals:
I've gotten the running bug back and hope I can continue to enjoy it. I think for now, my short-term goal is to NOT burn myself out. I am pro at doing that. I have a half and full marathon that I am planning on racing in a few months. I hope to be trained well enough to PR in both, but if not...I will enjoy the ride.
Long-Term Running Goals:
Under 1:30 half
3:15 marathon
Personal:
Married with children. 17,16,14,11 and 7. 3 boys, 2 girls. I have the best husband in the world!
My Garmin didn't charge last night so this total came from mapmyrun. Anywho, out 9800 to JRP to Lifetime fitness and back. Felt hard today.
Saucony Triumph 10 Miles: 6.30
Night Sleep Time: 0.00
Nap Time: 0.00
Total Sleep Time: 0.00

Great job. What was hard about it? High heart rate? Probably means you didn't poo before you went.

Hahaha...probably. Legs were tired and not a lot of energy.

I have another theory, but I'm too embarrassed to say it.

Uh oh, you...embarrassed? Yeah, probably better left unsaid:)
