Ran from work down 9800 S. to JRP. Mile 1 & 2 warm-up 8:56, 9:03. Did 4 - 800 repeats with 400 recovery. I kept all 4 around 7:30 pace. Recovery for about 1.75. AP 8:29...definitely need to do some speedwork. My legs forget how to move fast. PM - Did some plyometrics, band resistance, and abs in the evening. My legs were dead at the end. Stretched really good and rolled them out. |
