Went to the gym and did lower body weights followed by 45 minutes on a stationary bike. While playing DDR Monday night, I turned my right ankle and after my run yesterday, I noticed the bottom and side of my foot was hurting. I think those tendons pulled on something (right Michelle M.:). It felt a bit better this morning but I thought I'd better be safe and do a no impact workout today. Soooo, I rode the bike. |
