Ran Boston in April 2009 and had an absolute blast.

Half Marathon PR 1:35.

10k PR-46:20 (Obviously not a great short distance runner:)

Short-Term Running Goals:

I've gotten the running bug back and hope I can continue to enjoy it. I think for now, my short-term goal is to NOT burn myself out. I am pro at doing that. I have a half and full marathon that I am planning on racing in a few months. I hope to be trained well enough to PR in both, but if not...I will enjoy the ride.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Under 1:30 half

3:15 marathon

Personal:

Married with children. 17,16,14,11 and 7. 3 boys, 2 girls. I have the best husband in the world!

Went to the gym and did shoulders/biceps/abs. I wasn't feeling too red hot when I got on the treadmill. I stopped at 2 miles because I had a very exhausted feeling. I might try to get my other 4 1/2 miles in later if I feel better.

Hey thanks Camille. That was Halloween 07. My hubby and me were old people. His was better, he shaved the top of his head totally bald. Very funny. Maybe I'll post a picture of the whole family. It was a funny costume year for the Nelsons. My boys were cheerleaders. I hope I feel better but I know there is so much crud going around right now so I hope I'm not coming down with something.

Walter, you had me laughing at 5:00 this morning SOOOO hard. I read your comment on the way to run. So many people thought Jared looked like Terry Bradshaw. We were actually going to do that for Halloween this year (him Terry and me a cheerleader) but his hair grew back kind of spotty for around 3 months and so he didn't want to do it again. He got some good laughs from people.
