Short-Term Running Goals:

I've gotten the running bug back and hope I can continue to enjoy it. I think for now, my short-term goal is to NOT burn myself out. I am pro at doing that. I have a half and full marathon that I am planning on racing in a few months. I hope to be trained well enough to PR in both, but if not...I will enjoy the ride.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Under 1:30 half

3:15 marathon

Went to the gym and ran on tready. 30 minutes at 8:49 pace, 15 min. at 8:29 pace, and last 15 at 8:00. Overall, 8:34. I felt good but my heart rate is up a little and continuing to climb at the end of my runs. It amazes me how fast I lose fitness. Did shoulders/biceps/abs. Only did 3 movements for each with 2 sets for each movement (15/12 sets). Again, I haven't done weights for a few weeks and I definately felt it today.

Here is the link to the Lifetime Holiday Schedule. You may need to cut and paste.

According to it, the travel step class does not start until 9:30. Unfortunately, I'm still working part of the day on Wednesday:

Thanks Kelli!

Paul, I'm glad you sent me that link because I would've been there at 8:00 and been peeved when it didn't start at 8:30. They must've changed it because she's only doing 75 minutes at 9:45 it says. Oh well. Have fun working:)
