Went to the gym bright and early this morning. Actually, it was dark and early:) I've decided to get my workouts done earlier so I don't feel like it is controlling my days. Anyway, I did 4.2 miles and then had to go potty so I decided to do some lower body and abs in the middle of my run and break up the treadmill bore a little. Got back on the treadmill for another 2.3. Overall pace was around 8:45. Felt a little pooped today. I'm sure it is all the sugar I've been eating. NO MORE! |
