Went to step at the gym and we did the same routine as last week. SO MUCH turning and jumping. My legs were so tired and they started to really hurt. I had planned on running 2-3 on the treadmill after but didn't because my legs just weren't feelin' it. I did back/biceps/abs and stretched really good also. I figure I'll make up the miles tomorrow cuz I have to teach after my morning run so that should give me about 12 for tomorrow. |
