Yes, that is a 10 you see on sleep hours. I fell asleep last night at 10:10 and woke up just after 8:00 this morning. I feel totally refreshed. I'm suprised at how good I feel today after all the miles I put in this past week, having 2 speed workouts and a race yesterday. Well, not an official race but a race for myself anyway. I am looking forward to tapering after this next week and getting a little more "normal" in my life (whatever that might be). Everyone have a wonderful day of rest:) |
