YUCK! I feel crappy. This flu stuff I had last week is really making me feel yucky still. I just have no energy and a massive head ache.

I went to the gym and did and hour step endurance class. I was going to do weights but my head is pounding so I didn't. Hope I start feeling better soon because right now I don't have any motivation to work out:(

Went to the gym and did lower body weights and abs followed by 1 hour on the stairclimber.

I need to finish reading Breaking Dawn so I can move on with my life! I started Twilight last Saturday and am almost done with Breaking Dawn. My husband is irritated that I have been reading so much but I kind of feel like a teenage girl reading these dang books! They are sooo good. Anyway, my point in writing this down is to put the reason for not running today. I can read much better when I am on the stairclimber:) Like I said, almost done.

BTW, I ended up sick again on Thanksgiving. It stunk! So, that is why my last week was crappy on the running end of things. Although, I got lots of reading in:)
