Legs were way sore from the plymotrics the other night. I'm glad I didn't do more than I did or I would've been really hating it! Thought I would be smart and only run 4 on the treadmill at work and then do some core work and stretch. Started my first mile and decided that I wanted to go outside...so I did. Headed up 9800 S. to Redwood and back. Legs were a bit sore on the uphill, but felt great on the down. First TM mile warm-up was 9:40 and I didn't wear my Garmin outside. Uphill was probably aroung 9:15-9:30ish, but the rest probably low 8's. |
