Ran to work this morning. I took the longer route on the JRP so I could get a little more mileage. It definitely is a good workout to run to work because I have to be here at a certain time so it forces me to run faster. All in all I felt good. First 3 miles were a little slower...funny because they are all downhill, but the rest was pretty flat (except the last 1.5). AP 8:45 |
