Short-Term Running Goals:
I've gotten the running bug back and hope I can continue to enjoy it. I think for now, my short-term goal is to NOT burn myself out. I am pro at doing that. I have a half and full marathon that I am planning on racing in a few months. I hope to be trained well enough to PR in both, but if not...I will enjoy the ride.
Long-Term Running Goals:
Under 1:30 half
3:15 marathon

Married with children. 17,16,14,11 and 7. 3 boys, 2 girls. I have the best husband in the world!
I was sleepy this morning and really didn't want to leave my comfy bed:( It sure helps that I have to be up and at it for work. Ran to the trail and out to the first potty and back. Started slow and really picked it up. AP 8:40 and felt fantastic.
