Exact same route as Monday. I felt pretty good considering the heat and wind. My AP for the first 5 miles or so was around 8:35, but I slowed significantly the last mile to a 9:00 which made my AP 8:41.
I NEED to work out. I felt like crud yesterday after not getting a workout in. I was more tired and grouchy than if I would have just busted it out at some point...even if it was just a couple of miles, etc. |
