Planned on running with the BBK's this morning but between my HORRIBLE snoring husband and my very sore legs (from weights yesterday), I chose to not do it. I am planning on playing basketball tonight if the legs will allow. So, I will report later. Well, I played basketball. Never know what kind of mileage to log for it so lets just say it was an 1 hour of good cardio:) Now, for those of you that have never played church ball, HOLY COW women are crazy. I got tackled, elbowed, tripped and a girl on my team had a gash on her eye. Good times!
