Short-Term Running Goals:
I've gotten the running bug back and hope I can continue to enjoy it. I think for now, my short-term goal is to NOT burn myself out. I am pro at doing that. I have a half and full marathon that I am planning on racing in a few months. I hope to be trained well enough to PR in both, but if not...I will enjoy the ride.
Long-Term Running Goals:
Under 1:30 half
3:15 marathon
Personal:
Married with children. 17,16,14,11 and 7. 3 boys, 2 girls. I have the best husband in the world!
3 1/2 treadmill miles. Felt kind of sick so quit a little early.

I am planning on it but it will definitely be a slow one. I haven't been putting in miles at all. I work on Friday nights and by the time I get home it is usually after 11 so I am slacking on my Saturday runs. I'm just hoping to get a few long runs in and then I will just suffer through it:)
