Ran Boston in April 2009 and had an absolute blast.
Half Marathon PR 1:35.
10k PR-46:20 (Obviously not a great short distance runner:)
Short-Term Running Goals:
I've gotten the running bug back and hope I can continue to enjoy it. I think for now, my short-term goal is to NOT burn myself out. I am pro at doing that. I have a half and full marathon that I am planning on racing in a few months. I hope to be trained well enough to PR in both, but if not...I will enjoy the ride.
Long-Term Running Goals:
Under 1:30 half
3:15 marathon
Personal:
Married with children. 17,16,14,11 and 7. 3 boys, 2 girls. I have the best husband in the world!
5 1/2 treadmill miles. Achilles on right is TIGHT!
Purple Nimbus 11 Miles: 5.50
Night Sleep Time: 0.00
Nap Time: 0.00
Total Sleep Time: 0.00

Why do we have the same miles for the week but you're on top of me on the mileage board?

Probably because my run was yesterday and I haven't logged today yet. Gotta go jump on the treadmill right now. How is your little girl? My little guy was in the hospital last Christmas with Pneumonia and RSV. It stinks to see them like that. AND I can't stand hanging around the hospital.

She's been through worse, so I think she'll be fine. But you're right, it does suck to see them like that. Thanks.
