Ran Boston in April 2009 and had an absolute blast.
Half Marathon PR 1:35.
10k PR-46:20 (Obviously not a great short distance runner:)
Short-Term Running Goals:
I've gotten the running bug back and hope I can continue to enjoy it. I think for now, my short-term goal is to NOT burn myself out. I am pro at doing that. I have a half and full marathon that I am planning on racing in a few months. I hope to be trained well enough to PR in both, but if not...I will enjoy the ride.
Long-Term Running Goals:
Under 1:30 half
3:15 marathon
Personal:
Married with children. 17,16,14,11 and 7. 3 boys, 2 girls. I have the best husband in the world!
Ran 6 miles to Riverton High to watch my boys playing football. Felt pretty good other than the humidity. Phew, it was HOT!
Pink Nimbus Miles: 6.00
Night Sleep Time: 0.00
Nap Time: 0.00
Total Sleep Time: 0.00

I miss you too Kelli! I think I can come back on Tuesday. I have been doing that diet and Mike suggested I not excercise for the first 2 weeks. I've lost 11 pounds!:)

you need to clue me in on your diet Michelle. at that rate, i might be able to get down to a reasonable weight in time for St. George.

Thanks Butt...I mean Burt:) Cal, it is mostly protein. Every other day I eat just protein and the other days I get to throw some carbs in for lunch. I take a thermogenic in the AM and drink LOTS of water...that's about it. It is only a 2 week thing and it is supposed to trigger your body to use fat since it isn't getting any from food. It has been the easiest thing but I'm not exercising and that might make it harder.

Oh, and I will start back exercising on Saturday and eating some other stuff...don't quite know what yet. I still think I will be carb restricted though.

Yeah, you for sure can not exercise while doing that. We saw a few people pass out at the gym, I think he learned that working out was not a good thing!!!
Congrats on the 11 ppoiunds! That is awesome. That is a hard diet to stick to, so WOW for you! I like carbs way too much.
