Short-Term Running Goals:

I've gotten the running bug back and hope I can continue to enjoy it. I think for now, my short-term goal is to NOT burn myself out. I am pro at doing that. I have a half and full marathon that I am planning on racing in a few months. I hope to be trained well enough to PR in both, but if not...I will enjoy the ride.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Under 1:30 half

3:15 marathon

Ran with the BBK's  and my bro came this time:) Did the Riverton 1/2 route but cut a little off at one point. Julie and CJ went out an extra 1/2 to make it 13 but my foot hurt a little so I bagged it when we hit the car at 12. I felt okay considering my 500% increase in miles this week:) Thanks Julie for being slow with me. AP 9:30 which included walking for about a minute 2 separate times.

Great job! Be careful- I'd hate to see you out again on injury. You are an awesome runner.
