Ran Boston in April 2009 and had an absolute blast.
Half Marathon PR 1:35.
10k PR-46:20 (Obviously not a great short distance runner:)
Short-Term Running Goals:
I've gotten the running bug back and hope I can continue to enjoy it. I think for now, my short-term goal is to NOT burn myself out. I am pro at doing that. I have a half and full marathon that I am planning on racing in a few months. I hope to be trained well enough to PR in both, but if not...I will enjoy the ride.
Long-Term Running Goals:
Under 1:30 half
3:15 marathon
Personal:
Married with children. 17,16,14,11 and 7. 3 boys, 2 girls. I have the best husband in the world!
Some of the BBK's came out to Bluffdale to run the 5k/10k route. It was colder than I thought it would be and I am still SOOOO sore from Wednesday's weights. Anyway, ended up with 9.25 miles and ran at 9:15 AP. Phewww, I'm beat.

Just giving you a hard time because I am selfish and miss talking to you!!! So, come and run with us next week and keep me company. I am a total loner stuck in the middle of the pack.

Drag that butt out of bed, I know it SUCKS, but it is worth it to see our smiling faces right?? Okay, probably not.
