Ran Boston in April 2009 and had an absolute blast.
Half Marathon PR 1:35.
10k PR-46:20 (Obviously not a great short distance runner:)
Short-Term Running Goals:
I've gotten the running bug back and hope I can continue to enjoy it. I think for now, my short-term goal is to NOT burn myself out. I am pro at doing that. I have a half and full marathon that I am planning on racing in a few months. I hope to be trained well enough to PR in both, but if not...I will enjoy the ride.
Long-Term Running Goals:
Under 1:30 half
3:15 marathon
Personal:
Married with children. 17,16,14,11 and 7. 3 boys, 2 girls. I have the best husband in the world!
Travel Step class= 6 miles. Fun, fun. Back weights but not enough time to do biceps:(
Night Sleep Time: 0.00
Nap Time: 0.00
Total Sleep Time: 0.00

Travel step sounds like a fun class, sometimes your own step gets boring and I get dizzy :)

If I could teach a later morning class or an evening class at Family Fitness, I would do travel. It is fun and makes time fly and your heart rate really gets pumpin'. Those early mornings there kicked my bum:) Someday, maybe I'll teach again.
