Ran Boston in April 2009 and had an absolute blast.

Half Marathon PR 1:35.

10k PR-46:20 (Obviously not a great short distance runner:)

Short-Term Running Goals:

I've gotten the running bug back and hope I can continue to enjoy it. I think for now, my short-term goal is to NOT burn myself out. I am pro at doing that. I have a half and full marathon that I am planning on racing in a few months. I hope to be trained well enough to PR in both, but if not...I will enjoy the ride.

Under 1:30 half

3:15 marathon

Personal:

Married with children. 17,16,14,11 and 7. 3 boys, 2 girls. I have the best husband in the world!

Ran from work at 9:00am and it was kinda hot. There were 2 SWAT guys that started at the same time so I had to beat them! My AP 8:32...not super impressive, but I beat them!

Holy crapinoli!!! I did a lovely workout with the cadets this fine morning!

25 air squats

400 meter run

10 burpees

400 meter run

5 times through as fast as you can! What is with me trying to outdo all of these boys?:) Sgt. Garcia that works with me came in at 1:06:3x? and I was next with 1:08:52. The first cadet came in around 3-4 minutes later and the next after that were probably 10+. I showered and was heading back up to my desk by the time the last one was finishing up. I truly think this was probably the hardest I've ever worked out in my life!

OMG, this run felt like the march of death! Julie met me at my house at 6:00 so we could beat the heat and it was still quite warm. I felt really fatigued from the workout on Wednesday and noticed it the first couple of miles. I started feeling pretty decent by mile 3ish, but by the time I hit around 9...I was DONE! Seriously, my body felt like complete mush! Anywho, got it done and the AP 9:03
