Short-Term Running Goals:
I've gotten the running bug back and hope I can continue to enjoy it. I think for now, my short-term goal is to NOT burn myself out. I am pro at doing that. I have a half and full marathon that I am planning on racing in a few months. I hope to be trained well enough to PR in both, but if not...I will enjoy the ride.

Married with children. 17,16,14,11 and 7. 3 boys, 2 girls. I have the best husband in the world!
Met the group this morning and ran 6 easy pace miles while the majority of them did a tempo run. Just trying to build the base back up and get feeling good.
Ran with the group early this morning before heading out of town. Ran with Kelly doing repeats on Rustic Road. My repeats were uh, the same as the rest...nothing fast or special. Enjoyed the run with Kelly.
