AM-Taught first class at gym today. Total body w/weights and cardio. I want to try and get 6 miles in at some point today so I'll have to see how I feel.
Later AM-Went to the gym and ran 6 miles. First 5 around 9:20 pace, last mile did some decline at mostly 8:00 pace. Cooled down for 1/4. Felt decent but could feel the hamstring and top of calf muscle. |
