Short-Term Running Goals:
I've gotten the running bug back and hope I can continue to enjoy it. I think for now, my short-term goal is to NOT burn myself out. I am pro at doing that. I have a half and full marathon that I am planning on racing in a few months. I hope to be trained well enough to PR in both, but if not...I will enjoy the ride.
Long-Term Running Goals:
Under 1:30 half

Married with children. 17,16,14,11 and 7. 3 boys, 2 girls. I have the best husband in the world!
A lovely 10.7 miles with Julie, Dean, Cheris and Michelle. Wow, I'm out of shape. It felt like 100! AP 8:32.

Hey Britta, how are you? It has been a while. How is ur running going? Yes, I am doing SG. It ought to be pretty scary cuz my training has been terrible. I am doing 20 tomorrow. I don't think I will be tapering at all because I don't have anything to taper:) Keep in touch! So good to hear from you.
