I've gotten the running bug back and hope I can continue to enjoy it. I think for now, my short-term goal is to NOT burn myself out. I am pro at doing that. I have a half and full marathon that I am planning on racing in a few months. I hope to be trained well enough to PR in both, but if not...I will enjoy the ride.

Under 1:30 half

3:15 marathon

I was quite tired from my run Saturday so I took a LONG nap yesterday and then didn't sleep very well last night. I really didn't want to get up this morning but my brother was coming to pick me up. We went down to the trail and did 3 out and back. My stomach still wasn't feeling the greatest. AP 9:16-Nice and easy.

Nice job getting out there. Hope your tummy starts feeling better.

(I ate so much junk yesterday that I was really worried about how my run would go today ... but get this, I felt great!!! What's up with that? Seriously?? Does that make any sense at all????)

NICE to have a brother to run with. Hope your tummy feels better. The easy running always helps with getting the kinks and bugs out!
