3:15 marathon

I went to bed last night at 9:15, how nice is that? Met Julie at here house and headed out 2200 W. to the Gardner Village Trail for 1 1/2 miles and then back. We both felt great until mile 14 then the head wind started and really started to kill us. I wish I could finish heading north rather than south but then I'd probably be tired from the wind at the first. Oh well, it's done and I feel good. 8:54 pace overall. Started slow and got progressively faster.

Crappy wind. We only had it in a few parts, but it slows you down!

Great job, great week! You survived the first week of ALL early mornings!

Thats the only thing I hate about JRP...there always seems to be a good south wind, YUCK! Great job on the miles and pace, especially with a long week of getting up early. It'll be a habit before you know it.
