Short-Term Running Goals:

I've gotten the running bug back and hope I can continue to enjoy it. I think for now, my short-term goal is to NOT burn myself out. I am pro at doing that. I have a half and full marathon that I am planning on racing in a few months. I hope to be trained well enough to PR in both, but if not...I will enjoy the ride.

Under 1:30 half

3:15 marathon

Met the BBK's and ran 6 miles. Very uneventful. It felt pretty tough to me. It amazes me how fast we lose fitness. I've still been doing other stuff but running is different I guess. I feel like I am starting from scratch. Overall pace 8:42.
