Ran Boston in April 2009 and had an absolute blast.
Half Marathon PR 1:35.
10k PR-46:20 (Obviously not a great short distance runner:)
Short-Term Running Goals:
I've gotten the running bug back and hope I can continue to enjoy it. I think for now, my short-term goal is to NOT burn myself out. I am pro at doing that. I have a half and full marathon that I am planning on racing in a few months. I hope to be trained well enough to PR in both, but if not...I will enjoy the ride.
Long-Term Running Goals:
Under 1:30 half
3:15 marathon
Personal:
Married with children. 17,16,14,11 and 7. 3 boys, 2 girls. I have the best husband in the world!
Ran Wasatch with some of the BBK's. Started at Dimple Dell and ran out 11 and I stopped at Albertsons. Everyone else finished at Dimple Dell and got in 22 but I thought 20 was enough for me. I felt decent. AP 8:58.
2 Blue Nimbus 10 Miles: 19.75
Night Sleep Time: 0.00
Nap Time: 0.00
Total Sleep Time: 0.00

I'm doing great Britta. Thanks for asking. I've been burned out from running but still getting about 30 miles in per week. A little burned out on blogging too:) How have u been?

Doing great! Take a break after SGM!!!
I have been so burnt out on running since my marathon in May. Hence the low miles for me since then.
Anyway, I really needed a break and glad I took it. Now I am back and motivated once again. Hang in there only two more weeks!
