Ran Boston in April 2009 and had an absolute blast.
Half Marathon PR 1:35.
10k PR-46:20 (Obviously not a great short distance runner:)
Short-Term Running Goals:
I've gotten the running bug back and hope I can continue to enjoy it. I think for now, my short-term goal is to NOT burn myself out. I am pro at doing that. I have a half and full marathon that I am planning on racing in a few months. I hope to be trained well enough to PR in both, but if not...I will enjoy the ride.
Long-Term Running Goals:
Under 1:30 half
3:15 marathon
Personal:
Married with children. 17,16,14,11 and 7. 3 boys, 2 girls. I have the best husband in the world!
Taught class this morning. I decided to do a 50/50 class with half step and half total body weights. In my opinion, it isn't enough weights but I think the women liked it. I'll count 2 miles for the 30 minutes of step.
Night Sleep Time: 6.50
Nap Time: 1.00
Total Sleep Time: 7.50

Good job. Throw in some plyometric stuff during the 50/50 specific to running and the women in the class will never know.

oh, I love those classes. Amen to Paul's comment with plyometics...Lisa had us doing some this morning and it kicked my trash! I don't know if it had to do with running or not, but it was good either way. Have fun on your run tomorrow, sorry I have to skip out :( I've had a goal in mind for a while to run to my mom's house and I'm going to try it tomorrow!

Rachel, where does your mom live? You missed a great run this morning. A little fast paced for a longer run but it was good.
