Ran Boston in April 2009 and had an absolute blast.
Half Marathon PR 1:35.
10k PR-46:20 (Obviously not a great short distance runner:)
Short-Term Running Goals:
I've gotten the running bug back and hope I can continue to enjoy it. I think for now, my short-term goal is to NOT burn myself out. I am pro at doing that. I have a half and full marathon that I am planning on racing in a few months. I hope to be trained well enough to PR in both, but if not...I will enjoy the ride.
Long-Term Running Goals:
Under 1:30 half
3:15 marathon
Personal:
Married with children. 17,16,14,11 and 7. 3 boys, 2 girls. I have the best husband in the world!

That's funny! I've been saying UGGHHH all morning since I've been home. It seemed especially tough today.

Me too dangit! Good job this morning. You looked strong as ever. It always amazes me how much the flu takes out of me. At this point, I hope I can get in a decent run on Saturday but who knows with how crappy I feel. Yes, I still feel it. Headache, nauseau, fatigue!!!
