Ran Boston in April 2009 and had an absolute blast.

Half Marathon PR 1:35.

10k PR-46:20 (Obviously not a great short distance runner:)

 

Short-Term Running Goals:

I've gotten the running bug back and hope I can continue to enjoy it. I think for now, my short-term goal is to NOT burn myself out. I am pro at doing that. I have a half and full marathon that I am planning on racing in a few months. I hope to be trained well enough to PR in both, but if not...I will enjoy the ride.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Under 1:30 half

3:15 marathon

Married with children. 17,16,14,11 and 7. 3 boys, 2 girls. I have the best husband in the world!

Taught Total Body class. My leg is bugging me a bit again. I'm going to try and run at the gym but if it is bugging me, I think I'll do bike or elliptical or stair climber.

Later AM-Rode the upright bike at a moderate pace for 60 minutes (18 miles=6 miles running). Tried to run on treadmill but my leg is hurting again. I think I am going to play it smart and bag Ogden and cross train for the next 2-4 weeks and see what happens.

Taught Step class this beautiful morning:) Leg hurt a bit while teaching but not as bad as when I run. Although, I did take IB before. I am going to count 6 easy miles for the hour.

60 minutes on upright boring bike! At least I can read while I ride.

I am going to pre-blog for this evening. I have to sub a sculpting class at 6:00 so there is my weights for the day.

Taught Sculpt class again this morning. I am actually pretty tired from last nights class so teaching the same thing again was tough. No mileage because it wasn't a cardio workout.
